Alban is Managing Director of GenTa International. Before joining the group, Alban held several positions in business development and sales, operating in the Middle East and Africa.

At GenTa International, Alban manage business activities focusing on financial and strategic growth of the company in the region. Leading business development and sales, Alban is committed to the clients satisfactory and long-lasting client relationship.

Najat El-Mazrouf

Najat Najat is Operations Manager of GenTa International. Najat has over 20 years of extensive experience in driving organizational efficiency and maximizing productivity in various administrative, commercial, and HR fields. 

At GenTa International, Najat is leading day-to-day operations and team activities. She also oversees the relationships of the company with its most important clients

Johndel Villena

Johndel is Senior Accountant of GenTa International. Johndel held accounting, finance and audit positions with two of the Big 4 reputable firms (Deloitte & Touch and Ernst & Young) before joining the company. 

At GenTa International, Johndel is in charge of all financial services: monthly bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, cash forecast, balance sheet reconciliation, payment processing and interco.

Graduated in accountancy, Johndel is also US Certified Management Accountant and Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Lionel Rabin

Lionel Rabin advises GenTa International on devising successful growth strategies.​

A Chemicals Engineering graduate of INSA Toulouse, France, and INSEAD in Singapore. Lionel started his career in Research & Development before joining a world leading industrial gases group where he held increasing responsibilities in managing large-capital investment project developments, leading merger and acquisitions, and creating strategic public-private FDI’s-Middle East alliances. ​

Over his 30-year industry journey, he relocated to various places in Europe, North America, and Asia. Between 2004 and 2018, he led the market entry of a Fortune 500 multi-national company in the GCC region (UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Oman), and Egypt. He was the managing director of the group’s business activities and a board member of regional joint venture companies.​

In 2018, he founded the independent consulting firm Haltiqa Consulting, incorporated in the UAE. Sharing his time between the Middle East and Europe, he advises clients through their energy transition journey and investments in the green hydrogen space.​
